Before placing an order, first choose the Measurement Kit that you require. Once you have done this you can choose to order online, by fax , telephone or email.

Customers paying by credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express) should order online or by telephone, do not include credit card details in an email or fax. Payment can also be by bank transfer or check. Please email us for more information.
